Project Mirage is a three-phase development of high-end commercial short- or long-term residences located on the Berbera beachfront, minutes from the Port. When complete, this all-inclusive complex will consist of 16 8-room villas and a beachfront 172-room short- or long-stay hotel.

logistics & Cold Storage

Given the strategic importance of the Berbera Port, particularly in light of the announced multi- million dollar expansion thereof by DP World, COGS has acquired approximately 100,000 square meters of land directly between the Port and the airport in Berbera with the intention of building a state-of- the-art logistics and cold storage facility.

Security & Training

Working in concert with our UK-based world-class partner in training and capacity development, the Company is in talks with the Government of the Republic of Somaliland to develop and operate a world-class training facility for Somaliland security forces.

TECHNICAL COLLEGE

The expansion of the Berbera Port necessitates the need for a trained, effective workforce – both in the short and long term.  As such, COGS is in the process of developing, in conjunction with local authorities, international aid organizations, and commercial enterprises, a technical college designed to offer the necessary teaching and learning facilities to provide first class flexible courses with a strong vocational orientation.
