A Trained and Effective Workforce

COGS is in the process of developing, in conjunction with local authorities, international aid organizations, and commercial enterprises, a technical college designed to offer the necessary teaching and learning facilities to provide first class flexible courses with a strong vocational orientation. The college will be strategically located in close proximity to the port of Berbera and have a dedicated Business Services Team  who will work with prospective employers, particularly the Port Authority, to provide them with professional and reliable local nationals to full fill their needs.

The Company believes that this project advances its commitment to Somaliland, while providing significant benefits to both public and private enterprises within the Berbera area.
