Critical Operations Group Somaliland (COGS) is a newly-formed strategic development company focused on delivering sustainable growth to Somaliland.

Our company benefits from the extensive experience of its two owners: Critical Operations Group (COG), a Dubai-based provider of development, life support, IT/communication and procurement services; and Horn Business Solutions (HBS), a provider of security and logistics services throughout the Horn of Africa. 

Our company’s efforts are specifically aimed at unlocking the potential of Somaliland by building capacity and investing in the infrastructure of the country.

Together, the partners of COGS have over 30 combined years of expertise in such environments, and have provided high-end goods and services to diplomatic, military, and commercial concerns in complex and/or challenging markets around the world
