Project Mirage is a three-phase development of high-end commercial short- or long-term residences located on the Berbera beachfront, minutes from the Port.  When complete, this all-inclusive complex will consist of 16 8-room villas and a beachfront 172-room short- or long-stay hotel. The complex will accommodate between 300 and 600 individuals (depending on single or double occupancy) and will include all of the following amenities:
