Given the strategic importance of the Berbera Port, particularly in light of the announced multi million dollar expansion thereof by DP World, COGS has acquired approximately 100,000 square meters of land directly between the Port and the airport in Berbera with the intention of building a state-of-the-art logistics and cold storage facility.

This strategically-located facility will support the expanded capacity and throughput of the Port, providing much-need cold storage capacity and related services to DP World and other commercial enterprises. The proximity of the facility to both the Port and the airport in Berbera offers enormous advantages for growth, efficiency and cost-effectiveness for this burgeoning sector.
